It has been a great and very green start to the year at Rawa! With so much rain around, all of the claypans and rockholes are full and the kids have been begging to get out of the classroom and into the water at every moment possible.
It has been nice to spend our Learning On Country trips not only enjoying our time in the water, but also observing all of the animals who are equally enjoying the abundant water source! The kids have loved catching frogs, goannas and even the salt lakes very own 'sea monkeys'. It has been a fun few weeks back to school and we are all hoping that the rain keeps coming!
